Development plans for Epstein's secluded tropical island included in the released materials.
Additionally featured in this recent photograph disclosure seems to be a property layout for the Great St James island, located in the American territory.
The financier purchased a smaller island - Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had drawn up plans to develop the 161-acre island by erecting living quarters, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
Visible on the plan is a local waterway, a waterway in the territory, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is covered in handwritten red notes and features a key detailing different areas of the estate.
Alongside the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine construction diagrams and architectural plans, such as layouts for marina coverings.
Additional images made public as part of the current investigative process.
